Frontline Zed changes
Thanks to everyone for supporting us during launch day! We've had some great feedback, and a lot of very happy responses, but also identified areas that we need to patch and improve.
Our first patch for the game went live last night:
Patch 1.01
BUGFIX: The Looting Maps now show all buildings in the correct language
BUGFIX: The final Outro video now has working fonts and statistics (and looks much less ugly, sorry about the bugged old version!)
BALANCE: The first three levels (Forest, Farm, Junkyard) are slightly easier, to help players ease into the game
And we're working now on Patch 1.02, hopefully coming today:
FEATURE: Change crosshair color and design in Options menu
- BUGFIXChanged 'change weapons' keys from Q+E, to Spacebar (and retained 1+2 keys, and mouse wheel) to fix problems AZERTY keyboard players had with movement changing weapons
- BALANCEAdded 'hard' difficulty mode, with zombies with 20% stronger health. We're still tweaking this difficulty level, so we welcome your feedback.
BALANCE: Survivors in later areas use more powerful weapons
We're working hard all week and weekend to respond to your feedback, and will be preparing more patches to fix important issues.
