Steam post imageDear Ballers. We have identified records of some users participating in the Weekly Ranking Event through abnormal methods and abusing the system in order to obtain rewards.

Accordingly, the operations team will respond as follows:

1. Sanctions Against Users Involved in using exploits to obtain rewards.

2. In accordance with the operation policy, a first offense penalty of a 3-day

suspension will be applied.

1. Weekly ranking rewards have been changed so they will no longer be

distributed automatically.

1. After the 2-week event period ends, the data will be reviewed, and rewards

will only be manually distributed to users who participated normally.

We will impose \Permanent Bans\ on users who continuously use hack programs, along with \System-Level Sanctions\. We will continue to take even stronger actions against such violations in the future.
