fixedA new hotfix update for Franchise Hockey Manager 6, version 6.8.80, has just been released.
fixedThis hotfix is primarily to correct some issues with historical player imports that were leading to crashes and possibly save corruption. Additionally, we included a couple of other things that could be done without risk of causing new problems.
changedYour existing savegames will be compatible with the updated game, but some of the update's fixes may not retroactively correct certain problems in existing saves.
changedfixes stability problems that were appearing after adding several players via historical import -fixed issues with historical player import that led to players getting incorrect nationalities and birthplaces -fixed crash when changing teams while looking at the profile of a retired player -the "NMC's Must Be Protected" option in the Expansion Draft setup will now work properly, i.e. it'll force NMC players onto protected lists
