changedAn update for for FHM12, version 12.3.37, has just been released. This update adds a number of new user-requested ease-of-use features and a few new options. Additionally, the rosters for playable leagues have been updated as of the beginning of February. The next update, barring any need for hotfix patching in the interim, will come sometime after the NHL trading deadline on March 6. Your existing savegames will be compatible with the updated game, but some issues that are data-dependent may require a new game before you see them. Changes: -rosters for playable leagues updated as of February 1 (i.e. Palat-Tsyplakov trade is in, Panarin trade is not) -owner goals are now optional and can be disabled via the File-Setup/Options screen, in the "Other Options" section (disabling Owner Goals in a running game, all active Goals will be deleted with no penalty) -commissioners (i.e. multiplayer-league commissioners or anyone playing with commissioner mode on) can now recall players from active waivers; any claims on the player will be removed if this is done; this also includes automatic-waiver situations, e.g. for waiver-eligible players in the minors at the start of a season -staff now have next/previous arrows as on the player screens that will cycle through the staff profiles -goaltender histories updated with more complete shots/goals against totals and W-L-T in leagues where they had previously been unavailable -during college signing days, the number of scholarships (full and partial) that have been offered by the team so far will be displayed on the draft screen -future-season NCAA commitments updated as of late January -lowered excessive potential in 19/20-year-old players eligible for 2026 draft -the team transaction log now displays full contract details for new free agent signings (as had previously only been shown for renewals) -summarized scouting reports (that normally appear monthly in your messages) can now be generated on-demand via a button in the Head Scout box on the Scouting Screen -the protected lists of other teams can now be viewed while setting up your own protected list for any drafts that use them (expansion, waiver, etc.) -if the game begins with an initial re-draft, the players in it will now all be fully scouted to "A"-level -if the schedule is re-generated in an Olympic year during a historical game, it will now include a proper Olympic break in the years where the NHL participates (i.e.97-98, 01-02, 05-06, 09-10, 13-14, 25-26 and later) -fixed incorrect sort order for Evaluating Potential and Evaluating Ability on the Staff screen -the 2025 draft in historical mode should now be populated properly -the Staff free agents screen will no longer show some free agent staff from the starting database as having contracts -staff ratings are now always displayed as integer values (in addition to bars in some places) -a user-run team's scouting Watchlist can now be accessed directly via a link in the Team menu -in custom leagues with promotion enabled, being promoted to a league with a salary cap will no longer result in a crash -on right-click menus, a team's farm teams will now be sorted in order of (descending) league hierarchy, rather than alphabetically -the staff budget (total amount and amount remaining) is now displayed on the Staff free agents screen -contract renewal messages sent for staff now include a list of their ratings
