About the game

Frail Hearts: Versicorae Domlion is a so-called European JRPG. The story takes place in an alternate timeline where the two World Wars were convoluted in an only twenty-year-long fight, the Great War, that tore the world apart. As the game is a horror adventure, we tried to focus not only on splatter and gore scenes, but also on a strong emphasis on the human psyche and its dark side (such as perversions and mental illnesses). Lovecraft and video games such as Drakengard, Koudelka and Shadow Hearts were a great inspiration for this plot. There are four completely different playable characters: Anne, Michael, Cathrine and Arthur. You can discover their skills and abilities in turn-based combat against various monsters you come across on your way.
