I wanted to update you on how things are going. After encountering several technical issues, running multiple tests, and gathering feedback from both the demo and internal tests, I realized I needed to focus on optimizing the game as it was consuming graphics resources excessively. After much work, I can say that the final game will be much more optimized than what was seen in the demo, which I'll likely update later to better represent the final game.

I've been working hard on this, which has impacted the planned development schedule a bit. This means I'll be pushing back the release date, but not by much. The good news is that I'll be setting a specific release date. Instead of this April, the final release will be in the following month, specifically on May 10th. With these extra days, I hope to fully polish the experience so you can enjoy this game properly.

It's also true that being my first time publishing a game on Steam, I wasn't fully aware of the review timelines and the extra work needed to configure many things, which has also contributed to this delay. However, it has been a good learning experience to avoid such issues in future projects.

I apologize for the delay, but I believe it's better than releasing a game in poor condition.

I leave you with some new screenshots, and I'll see you soon with the definitive game release.

Thank you for your patience, and I hope you're looking forward to diving into Fragmented World!
