We’ve rolled out a new Fourleaf Fields playtest build.

At first, we opened the build to the first 5,000 players to gather early feedback, check stability, and catch the most important issues before expanding access further.

Thanks to your reports and impressions, we were able to fix several bugs, improve a few rough spots, and make the early playtest experience smoother. Now the updated build is available to our full tester base.

Thank you so much for jumping in, sharing your feedback, and helping us improve the game. This is exactly why playtests matter!

Changes

  • If the player has a quest to place a small structure and has already placed one, interacting with it will now complete the quest.

  • Added a HUD button that works as a shortcut to the map screen.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed NPC movement stopping after talking to them.

  • Fixed the second tutorial bubble being cropped in some resolutions.

  • Fixed duplicated water sound in the town.

  • Fixed players getting stuck on gates when closing them.

  • Fixed animals getting stuck on fences and gates while trying to reach food outside fenced areas.

  • Fixed an incorrect bug arrival day being displayed in the status popup.

  • Fixed gates near the animal store being breakable.

  • Fixed an issue where players could not move after a cutscene if the feedback form was open while a dialogue popup was displayed.

  • Fixed an issue where players could not interact with objects while the cursor was over the UI.

  • Fixed a signboard in the north of the town appearing interactable while it could not be interacted with.

  • Fixed multiple text and localization issues.
