Foul changes
Welcome to the latest update post of Foul, an indie survival game set in a post apocalyptic world.
Over the past 4 months I have made a lot of progress which lead to demo release earlier this week.
I will try my best to list most of the changes here.
Added new enemies: frog, toad, stag beetle, and flying beetle — each with unique drops
Introduced crafting stations: workbench, furnace, and anvil
Expanded the world with new locations, including a lumber mill, radio tower and several smaller points of interest
Added coal and iron ore, steel ingots, and new wooden and steel tools
Added iron and steel armor
Added dozens of items which makes the total number of items 118
Added blackberry bushes and dead bushes
Boars now drop meat and fur
Added new boots and glove types and a new backpack
Improved building system: better snapping & placeables now rotate to terrain
Added stairs, beds, doors, and torches
Updated mesh for wooden doorframes, window frames, and pillars
Added NPCs
Introduced a tutorial and the first elements of the storyline
Brought back the celshader
Fixed a lot of bugs
Created a new trailer, Steam capsule, GIFs, and updated all descriptions
