If you have not heard of Forward: Escape the Fold - it's a card-based roguelike where you must continuously go FORWARD in order to escape the dungeons. The game was released in March and stands at a "Very Positive" rating on Steam (with 400+ reviews). You can try it out here!

To celebrate the Ultimate Edition of the game, I have added to the game an EXCLUSIVE challenge to the game themed around Halloween. This is a permanent event!

The challenge will consist in a 4 starting item build:

  • Living Heart: Replaces all Heart cards with item cards

  • Monster Skull: Adds 3 enemies in all future levels

  • Monster Bone (x2): Gives -1 to enemy cards

  • Healing Ring: After using your power, you heal by 4HP

Successfully winning this challenge will award the player a NEW object card: the Jack-O'-Lantern
