First of all, we would like to let you know that the following icon is used to delete your current save file, so if you do NOT want to erase your current progress, please DO NOT click it:

On the other hand, in the settings menu you will find the following options in this order:

Enable/Disable Music > Enable/Disable Sound Effects > Next Track > Loop Playback > Shuffle Playback > Show Playtime > Change Language > Open Credits > Delete Save File > Quit Game
