Freeze Fix

There was a small issue that was encountered on Steam Deck and during remote play. Double clicking or rapidly tapping on cards would trigger the Card Inspection popup to enter a broken state, freezing the game. This patch addresses that issue, making it Steam Deck compatible, and more stable during Remote Play.
