Experimental VR update

First of all, big thanks to Matt form Bonozo Apps for helping me with VR testing (and me failing). VR support is experimental and it is activated/deactivated while pressing [V] button (if it is deactivated at the start). Supports Oculus and OpenVR. Please, feel free to post some screenshots and videos of your VR experience, or message me on Twitter/Twitch @MintArcade if you have any issues. Beside experimental VR support, there is fixing of some issues from negative reviews, including, but not limited too:

• Network physics stability.
• Cargo "spawn" points.
• Faster loading time and more.

Actually, for whatever reason, most loading time is actually connecting to Steam, but I'm working on that, hopefully it will be implemented in the next build. Happy forklifting.
