changedAfter we have been working hard over the last few weeks on further improvements (both for the demo as well as for the upcoming Early Access version), we would like to give you an insight into the further processes and procedures around the upcoming Early Access launch of Forgotten Skies. For this purpose, we have published a roadmap. It gives you a rough overview of the upcoming content of the game.
changedIn the third quarter (after the launch of Early Access), our main focus will be on technical aspects and improvements that will fundamentally improve the game experience for a wide range of players and their system configurations. This will result in the smoothest and most fluid gameplay possible. Immediately after the launch of Early Access, we will integrate Intel's XeSS technology, AMD's FidelityFX technology and Nvidia's DLSS technology into the game. This way, depending on which system you have, you can choose the best option for you and decide which technology you want to use.
addedIn addition to the first QoL (Quality of Life) update , the first map expansion will be added to the game later this year, featuring a larger map and a variety of new adventures and discoveries.
addedWhen it comes to next year, our focus will be shifting to expanding and improving the Story- and Questline within the Game but also delivering a complete new gameplay experience with integrating a Mining System into Forgotten Skies which will be available through various Quests and Explorations. In Addition, there will be also a 2nd Map Expansion with new Content and Adventures and our 2nd QoL Update.
