👫Made by gamers, for gamers!
We are a husband-wife team of 2. We are both gamers and game devs. Forgotten Seas is a game made by gamers, for gamers! From the outset, our community provided essential feedback and an endless stream of ideas that helped us realize our vision. This game is a passion project that feels larger than life!
💎What improvements were made since Early Access

🌴 Graphics & Performance
Aside from a major graphic overhaul to bring you beautiful tropical scenery (lush blue waters, vibrant landscape, and cozy dwellings), we have also made performance improvements that make for smooth gameplay in a dynamic world where players can place their own buildings amidst countless other mechanics at play. What to Expect for 1.0:
Check out our New Trailer!
The full 1.0 release combines all of these additions with a fundamental overhaul of the game's graphics, performance, and an endless list of tweaks made in collaboration with the community. It's a true adventure on the high seas, with a carefully tuned sailing experience, intense combat both across the waves and on dry land, a robust skill system, and precious treasures to hunt down, collect, and display as players attempt to solve the mystery of the Bermuda Void.
⚓We are not done
While we may be sailing into 1.0, we are not done! 1.0 means there will be a 1.1, 1.2, ...and 2.0! While some may think that 1.0 marks an end. "1.0" in the software engineering world means - a new beginning. We have more parts of the story planned, new biomes, new features, new improvements, and new adventures that await. There are several things you can do in our game!
Here are a few ideas:
