Forged Battalion News!

We're happy to announce some good news for Forged Battalion, our RTS game from 2018 that was developed in cooperation with Team 17. We've recently been given control of the game moving forward, and subsequently can update the game when time allows from other projects. And while we do have some other things in the works, some of our team members put together a small update to the game this past weekend to address of few player requests since it was originally launched.

This update to Forged Battalion includes the following:

  • Allow skipping of intro movies into game

  • Fix for random (very long) startup/load times that occurred with some players

  • Fixed bug that was preferring the intel graphics device over the Nvidia device in laptops with dual GPU support

  • Optimization: Fix for occasional particles thread contention

  • Fix for crash when rendering lots of terrain shadow blobs

  • Disable anti-aliasing on Intel GPUs for compatibility reasons

  • By popular request, added button on options screen to reset all progress

We hope you enjoy this update and we'll be checking the forums for any feedback you might have for the future.
