addedAdded NG+ difficulty to the New Game+ screen. This is balanced for players who own all gems+jokers and features harder puzzle and combat levels. - Combat only jokers will no longer spawn in NG+ mode if the Level Filter is set to Puzzle. - Prevented some tutorial dialogs from showing if tutorial is disabled in settings. - Fixed Messenger not showing on title screen if New Game+ story filter wasn't set to All. - Made title screen Messenger always show all messages if the player has beat the game.
