About the Game💥
*Forbidden Scrolls: Midnight Whispers* is an adult-oriented game that blends elements of *Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio* with deep card-based gameplay. Players will take on the role of a wandering monk who has stumbled upon forbidden ancient scrolls. In the moonlit desolate temple of Guo Bei, they will engage in a battle of survival, desire, and Daoist principles with beautiful yet dangerous supernatural beings.
Demo Version Content
Deep Deck Building System: Collect and strengthen cards from the four card types: "Ghost," "Demon," "Immortal," and "Fox." Through various mechanisms such as point adjustments, suit changes, and imprint additions, create your own powerful tactical deck.
Skill System: Use ancient-style skills such as "Returning the Lamp with Two Knocks," "Four Calamities Approaching," and "Chain of Strange Tales" to achieve tactical bursts.
Branch Exploration and Events: The first chapter map is fully unlocked, containing rich random events and important choices. After battles, you can obtain Singularity rewards and make strategic choices between card strengthening, magic weapon acquisition, and skill upgrades.
Guardian Spirit System: Two Guardian Spirits are available in the Demo, and they can provide powerful buffs to your deck.
Exquisite Chinese Art Style: Beautiful character illustrations and an immersive ancient Chinese atmosphere perfectly recreate the mystery and allure of an ancient temple at night.
The current Demo is an endless mode where you can continue challenging yourself until your deck is completely destroyed. Each exploration will bring a brand new experience.
The Demo version aims to allow players to fully experience the core card battles and deck-building fun of the game, while also collecting valuable feedback and suggestions for the official release.
