Made some changes to work on preventing this. - On the Main Menu, prevent the "Continue Game" button from showing when there is no previous save game file to load. - When starting a new save, added slightly-improved UI handling. After typing in a save game name, you don't have to "click away" for the "Start New Game" button to activate anymore. It will also prevent you from using a save game name that already exists. - When picking a team at start of career, clicking team logos was causing issues. Prevented the clicks from doing anything.
