Fomon changes
So, some quick and dirty fixes was implemented. The Session Leaderboard ment to be a "live" representation of currently online players never really took off since only a few players are actually online at the same time.
Instead the leaderboard push timer was improved, now pushing ONLY to the ATH LB, and instead of pushing every 2.5 minutes we push around every 1 minutes (67s to be exact).
And a timer has been implemented to show when the next push happens. The timer is visible on the leaderboard page.
And again a shout out to the absolute beasts with a spree of +50!
For those true geeks out there that want to know: Steamworks only allow a player to make 10 leaderboard entries per 10 minutes. I now let the players continously push to leaderboard every 67s, around 9 pushes per 10 minutes, thereby I hedge some and save 1 final push to never reach the 10 pushes where one push could possibly fail.
Instead I save this 1 final push for when the game closes down and at the "close game call" i push the current best spree to the leaderboard too, just in case it was not there yet. This will improve further with the early access launch where I'll only push if the Best spree is actually BETTER than the current ATH. Improvements improvements improvements.
