Speculative fix for fishing troller where under some conditions fish would spawn at odd orientations or positions far from hooks which would make interaction impossible. Have been unable to replicate, so let me know if this still happens.

The star cubemap seems to consistently be out by approximately +0.81 degrees, I've added a compensation to the quadrant to account for this, which should result in more accurate readings across the whole map. I have tested the observed vs programmatic latitude positioning at approximately midnight across the full map range, with accuracy now being within 0.1 degree.

Changes:

Added a second brace line to the dhow. This will increase the complexity of the rig, but should also result in finer control due to the size of the sail.
