Hello, dear followers. Mikey on Steam.

Many humans believe running away from monsters is enough to survive.

They are wrong.

For the third live stream, my staff wanted to place EXY's life directly in OPY's hands. Which is a questionable decision, considering humans.

To explain this fascinating experiment, I have summoned Hugo, our creative director whospends his days inventing ideas and convincing the rest of the team that they're as cool as they are reasonable. (He is, however, far too shy to address you directly.)

“We wanted to replace the usual "safe room" structure with a relentless enemy that stalks EXY throughout the level, inspired by Mr. X and the Xenomorph.

Instead of giving OPY simple hiding spots, we focused on door control. Some areas can never be fully sealed, creating constant tension and forcing both players to communicate and make difficult decisions together.”

During testing, some OPY panicked and locked their EXY out by accident. A few even developed what our medical team has classified as "temporary color blindness" and somehow struggled to tell the blue and red apart.

Interestingly, doors and buttons become much more complicated when both humans turn colorblind simultaneously.

My staff assures me this is called "emergent gameplay."

I call it entertainment.
