Thank you for the waiting. We finally released Flower in the Snow - Resurrection on Steam.
The version with Achievements System just got published. If you finished the game before you could try to use 'Ctrl' and fastforwrd the content to get Achievements. We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If you're on Win10 and cannot launch the game, try to use Win7 compatibility mode for the exe file.
