Flounder changes
The Demo for Flounder: The Ocean Ecosystem Roguelite is available for free starting May 18.
Grow a school of colorful fish, unlock powerful items and help repel intruding bosses! Discover unstoppable combos of fish and items every run!
We have been hard at work since the private playtest last month to polish the game. Thank you to all the community members who participated and gave us valuable feedback!
In this release, we have revamped the ocean background and sprites of early designed fish types. Also, we have added new items such as Looper, Golden Gills, Minesweeper and Promotion!
Looper — Fish pass through walls and appear on the other side. Now you're thinking with portals.
Golden Gills — Coins must be clicked to collect, but are worth double. Move over, Midas.
Minesweeper — Spawns a cluster of mini Mineys when you catch a fish. Mineys are no longer triggered by prey. OK, boomer.
Promotion — Defeating a Boss wave upgrades one of your items if possible. Assistant to the regional monster.
