The Good and The Bad
Hello time travelers, today we have a really big announcement to make. So without further ado lets go over the fun stuff. First up we have quite the update list. There were a lot of things that happened over the past few days, one of them being that our major developer got another job. This is good news for the our developer, and we are happy to see them getting more work. However, this means two things:
we will have less updates for Flood in the future
our major developer will be leaving soon due to his new jobs needs
Not stopping yet!!
However, that doesn't mean that we will be dropping the project just yet. There is still quite a bit of work left to get things to work the way they should but for now this is what we can do. We can't go into details as to why this is happening, but we can tell you that the our major developer just won't have very much time on their hands for the next few months.
The List!!
Here is a list of things that have changed since release:
New color scheme for some of the text in the game.
The color of the text was changed to make it easier to read.
The Title screen options are now images and given a slight lean to them.
New UI update includes:
Layout rework in the Main, Save, Equip, Item, and Option Menus.
Highlighting changed from whole word to a bar.
Quest Menu text color update to match the new scheme. (Still in progress)
Quest Menu text size change so that we can display more information.
We updated the gathering system to be a bit more predictable but still have some randomness to it.
Fixed some old art that was missed in from the "New Art Patch".
