Five Nights At Smog's changes
It's Aiden, from Togi Studios.
Over the past couple of months I've left people waiting, and for too long.
Let me elaborate.
I am the sole person working on this project currently, as the others don't have the resources to. So for all this time, since about April, I've been doing everything for this game solo. We have had some "internal" arguments and we no longer have Benjamin on the team (he will still be credited), so its been max, whos been making the graphics, and me, doing everything else.
So that's why it's taken so long. I also got burnt out for about 2 months, but when I checked the wish lists I realized I cant let you all down, not all 800 wish-listers.
So over the past couple of days I have been testing, debugging, and adding to the game. So here's the release expectations:
- Early Access
- Only ONE night (until later releases)
- Possible minor/some major bugs
- Crappy AI, that I had no time to re-script
I've done my best as a single entity could, so please, if you have any feedback give it to us on our discord or steam community, it means more than you know, leave a review, bad or good on release, to let us know a path you'd like the game to take, things you'd like to see, or bugs you'd like to be fixed. It's also good to mention that right now we don't have any set direction for Smogs.
Some people also seem to like the OST for Smogs! And thank you if you do, I worked pretty hard on them! Upon release all OSTs will be released on our YouTube channel! We will also release the FULL Smog's Theme Song on our YouTube at release, a OST not in-game but that will be used in later trailers!
Again, hardset release is July 8th. I have already submitted the build to steam, so you can trust me this time when I say July 8th.
Sorry to everyone who I have kept waiting this time. And I am especially sorry for the low expectations of early access, but I hope we can work together with our community to bring this game to what we all want it to be.
