I originally created these games in the late 90s with a PC program called Klik & Play. They quickly gained a cult following since they were one of the first games where you could play as the actual slashers.. plus the internet was a much smaller place back then :)
These passion projects are completely free to download and play. To get the ultimate experience, I suggest you play them in the order they were created (click each title to go to NES rom download page):
Friday the 13th: Return to Camp Blood. (1998)
Halloween: October 31st. (1999)
A Nightmare on Elm Street: Son of a Hundred Maniacs. (1999)
Candyman: Be My Victim. (2006)
Friday the 13th was my most popular game and Candyman was only a demo, but now a completed NES game. ALSO.. if you don't want to mess with roms and want a PC program like the Fista 3-in-1 Retro Pack.. Here ya go! Download the 8-Bit Slasher 4-in-1 Horror Demakes!
