Update 0.3.6

News! I have started working on Localization! However, there is a large amount of text in the game, so it's going to be a while before it's actually added. The first two languages introduced will be Russian and German.

Changes

  • Improved performance on the Yellowstone and Oregon maps.

  • Lowered medium fish trap price to $200

  • Made deer AI slightly better by increasing the player detection radius

  • Lowered bear health to 100 (was 200)

  • Lowered cougar health to 80 (was 100)

  • Made it so guns have limited range

  • Added gun recoil animations and camera shake.

  • Added quest description graphic when in Lenny's quest menu

  • Made trap fish grabbing animation 25% faster

Enemy Health Scaling Some enemies now have health scaling that depends on the number of players in the current match. This just means that when you have more people in a game, it will be harder to take down threats.

Pelt Quality Animal hide/pelts now have a quality level. The more you shoot the animal, the more the quality goes down, which makes the value go down. Some guns tatter the pelts more then others.

Ice Fishing In the new North Dakota map, you can drill holes in ice with the ice auger. If you stand near these ice holes and use your fishing rod you are able to ice fish. Ice fishing works similarly to regular fishing except the player

PVP There is a new toggle in the settings menu that lets you shoot your friends.
