fixedAnother new build of the game has been uploaded to steam. Actually quite a few builds have been uploaded in the past few weeks. A lot of them fixed some very tricky and rare bugs that were causing issues for a small selection of players. There were also several small tweaks to some features that players asked for, such as changes to the sandbox settings which allow the game to run without needing any intervention to keep the aquariums happy and healthy. More art content has been added. Not as much as I had hoped but I don't want to get back into the habit of delaying builds so I can stuff them with more things. I did that before and it meant players would wait months for new stuff. That means that for a while I'll be aiming to add more art content every 1-3 weeks now that my finger is all better again.
addedThe big part of this update is that the first of the deep ocean items have been added. Specifically anglerfish.
addedThey live quite deep down in the ocean where there is very little light and very little heat. Their temperature requirements are quite cold. To help players achieve a much colder aquarium temperature ice cubes have been added into the game which can be dropped into aquariums to lower the temperature. At some point there will probably be mechanical coolers added to the game but I think for now ice cubes have a humorous bit of charm.
changedThe next few updates will include more items from the deep sea world. Deep sea coral, rocks, and some ship wreck/ruin items which have been long requested by players. And of course bug fixes and feature tweaks.

This one is the female.

This one is the unfortunate looking male.
