Thank you for always using and playing "FirstQueen1NEXT".

We have confirmed the following game troubles after receiving contact from users.

※Trouble details The game does not start and ends, so after launching the execution program directly from the first queen folder, the following message appeared.

"Code execution cannot continue because MSVCR110.dll is not found. Reinstalling the program may solve this problem."

※Reason for this problem and how to solve it This occurs when a file that should have been installed in Windows is missing for some reason.

This can be fixed by reinstalling some Windows packages, so we would appreciate it if you could download them from the official website.

Download Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 Visual C++ Redistributable Package Search and install it.

If there are other files missing, you may be able to find them using the following method.

① If the game does not start properly, try starting it directly from the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FirstQueen1 NEXT folder.

② If the message "MSVCR110.dll cannot be found" appears.

③ Install the VC++ runtime, restart your PC, and start the game again.

④ The installation may not work the first time, so repeat steps ① to ③.

We would like to thank the users who notified us of the above.

We look forward to your continued support of "FirstQueen1NEXT."
