A minor achievement fix.

Fixed a rare case where the last cat for which a unique achievement was awarded was located in the area. Either the area was not colored in, or the achievement was not received for the cat.

Now, when you start the game, if you have not received one of the achievements but have completed the level, you will receive all achievements.
