changedI want to be honest: one of the game’s main problems right now is the lack of a clear goal and a solid gameplay loop.
changedBased on the feedback I’ve already received, many players don’t get a strong enough sense of why they are in this world, what exactly they are supposed to do, or why the gameplay should hold their attention beyond the first few minutes. That is my personal responsibility as the developer and creator of this game.
addedI’m actively working on improving that. One idea I’m considering is expanding the first level so it does a better job introducing the character controls, more clearly explaining why the player ended up in this “arcade purgatory,” and adding more gameplay situations and physics-based puzzles so the structure of the game becomes clear earlier.
fixedThat is why your honest feedback matters to me right now: what exactly confused you, at what point your interest started to fade, what the game is missing in the beginning, and what you think should be fixed first.

I want to be honest: one of the game’s main problems right now is the lack of a clear goal and a solid gameplay loop.

Based on the feedback I’ve already received, many players don’t get a strong enough sense of why they are in this world, what exactly they are supposed to do, or why the gameplay should hold their attention beyond the first few minutes. That is my personal responsibility as the developer and creator of this game.

I’m actively working on improving that. One idea I’m considering is expanding the first level so it does a better job introducing the character controls, more clearly explaining why the player ended up in this “arcade purgatory,” and adding more gameplay situations and physics-based puzzles so the structure of the game becomes clear earlier.

But I do not want to guess on your behalf. I want to hear it directly from you.

So I want to ask:

Would a clearer opening level or a light tutorial-style introduction help the game? Or would that hurt its style, atmosphere, and visual realism?

I can see that many players are dropping the game early, often before reaching the story ending. That is a fair reaction if the game does not reveal itself clearly enough in the opening minutes.

There is also a second serious issue: the save system is currently unstable, and I want to acknowledge that openly as well. On top of that, a deeper rework of the narrative in the lobby would take time.

That is why your honest feedback matters to me right now: what exactly confused you, at what point your interest started to fade, what the game is missing in the beginning, and what you think should be fixed first.

I read and consider all feedback, even when it is harsh, uncomfortable, or biased. Thank you to everyone who has already played the game, left feedback, and helped me see its weak points more clearly. That matters to me.
