V1.8.0 Update Notes, November 10, 2025
- AdjustmentThe effect of the booster has been enhanced. Attack boost increased from 5% to 15%, critical hit rate increased from +10% to 15%, health recovery effect changed to 100% increased recovery speed, and damage reduction effect changed to 40% reduced damage taken (takes priority over talents).
- AdjustmentThe booster function has been adjusted to unlock upon completing the 4th level of the 1st zone. The 4th and 8th levels of each zone will reward boosters. Players who have already completed those levels can receive boosters in the update compensation.
- AdjustmentAn additional revival count has been added to talents.
Adjustment: The BOSS "Bowling" has been strengthened. When the zombie lands, it will deal area damage and can no longer be directly ignored.
Adjustment: The BOSS "Bullet Head" has been strengthened and can no longer be directly ignored.
- OptimizationThe amount of mutated genes in level rewards has been increased by approximately 40%. Previously, the number of mutated genes was too small, especially when upgrading 5 girls simultaneously.
Optimization: Cleared levels can be re-entered, but achievements will not be counted.
Optimization: Boosters will only be consumed after winning a battle.
- OptimizationRemoved the fog in levels, as it was performance-intensive and visually unappealing.
Optimization: The direction of Hilda's frisbee launch has been modified to target areas with more zombies.
Optimization: Annie's bullets will bounce between a maximum of 3 zombies to enhance her harvesting ability.
Optimization: Maeve's landmines will explode 0.5 seconds after contacting a zombie, and the placement time has been shortened to 0.2 seconds.

Optimization: The arrival time of large zombie hordes has been delayed by 15-20 seconds.

Fix: The settlement interface displayed unobtained items (which were actually for testing).
Fix: Several zombies had a longer attack range than their animation range.
Fix: Spiders dealt damage as soon as their attack animation started.
Fix: Unlocked levels prevented viewing details of reward items.
Fix: The 2nd and subsequent bosses did not display icons on the minimap.
Fix: The level icon was not lit up immediately after completing a set of talents.
Fix: The boss in the map did not disappear after the BOSS was killed.
Fix: The corresponding Steam achievement was not unlocked after the BOSS was killed.
- FixThe corresponding Steam achievement was not unlocked after a new girl was joined.
