v1.1 Update: Steam Workshop support

The v1.1 update is now out, and it adds Steam Workshop support! So you can now easily download and play community made maps from the Final Days Workshop.

addedTo make things a little more forgiving to new players, you can now see behind yourself on Recruit difficulty.
changedReduced delay between waves for earlier stages (for wave based modes), and reduced delay between floors in Eradication mode.
addedAdded a single "master" volume control, and moved the other volume controls to a separate screen. Also added a "gunfire volume dampening" option which allows just the gunfire sound volume to be lowered.
changedFor matchmaking and dedicated server games, bots will now respawn after a game is lost (without waiting for a human player to respawn first).
changedMap name and difficulty is now displayed in the player list, final rankings, and global leaderboards screens.
