The Filthy Animals Online Multiplayer Playtests are back!

From Friday 27 January at 18:00 UTC to Monday 30 January at 18:00 UTC you’ll be able to grab your gang and start stealing in the next online multiplayer playtest session. So many signed up in the first session that we couldn’t fit everyone in, so now there’s a whole extra weekend for you!

We’ve been hard at work making changes, reading your feedback, and making sure our playtests are better than ever. We’re actively developing Filthy Animals and are continually refining the game based on your feedback so telling us what you think is essential. Thank you if you've already given your feedback, it's been invaluable in helping us make Filthy Animals bigger and better.

Here’s a quick rundown of the stuff we're currently working on, many of these updates are already implemented and ready for you to test in the current playtest!

  • Improved language and subtitle support

  • Improved keyboard controls and prompts

  • UI fixes and enhancements

  • Optimisation for faster loading speeds and reduced file size

  • Better support for players with multiple monitors

  • Improved, more comprehensive tutorial

  • …and much more!

If you’ve played the playtest before, why not grab your friends and make your own gang to experience the chaos in a brand new way. More mutant animals = more fun!

You’ll also be able to get more Filthy Animals soon - between the 3rd and 6th of February we’ll be running our next online multiplayer playtest where you’ll be able to experience the Nuclear Heist!

About the Playtests: Filthy Animals is a chaotic multiplayer physics-filled mutant animal heist game for 1-4 players, where you’ll be breaking into places, stealing all the loot for your boss - Tony - and trying to make it out alive. Our game’s all about the loot so we’re offering YOU the chance to win an HP Omen Gaming laptop just for filling out the survey popup when you’ve finished playing.

That’s not all, we’re also giving away HyperX headsets throughout the playtests over on our Discord so make sure you're signed up there too.

Head to the Steam page and request access to the playtest today, we can’t wait for you to get your hands on the game! Why not wishlist it while you're there, thank you to everyone who already has.
