Chaos Mode Update

Chaos Mode: Laid back mode where each team can assign 16 of the players to go into the "eligible" player pool per game. 8 of the 16 will be randomly selected to play each game.

Players that have played half the games in the current season will not be picked, so it ensures if you have the same 16 eligible they will all play half the games. No roster management besides assigning the top players.
changedGave a slight increase to Team Training Events to make their average improvement about the same as Player Training Events. Now Team Training events improve the Coach specialties and 2 random other traits (up from 1).
