Bug Fixes:
Fixed an issue where some players would get stuck in a loading screen when moving between rooms of the museum, requiring a force close and reopen.
Regarding the final puzzle, fixed an issue with submission, specifically when submitting a verdict with an incorrect suspect, or no suspects.
Fixed an issue where, if players opened a menu right before moving into a new room, it would stay open after the new room was loaded, without preventing the player from opening another menu, or moving the Detective freely.
Fixed an issue for some players with partially deleted save data after completing the game, preventing them from getting multiple endings without replaying the entire game.
If you experienced this bug, unfortunately, replaying the game will still be required as the previous save data can not be recovered, but shouldn't happen again. Using assist features will make replaying much faster for those invested in getting all the achievements!
Fixed an issue where PlayStation icons would display incorrectly in the user interface.
Fixed an issue where a certain dialogue prompt (the payphone) would not work unless players had collected certain evidence (the contract) despite being prompted to do so by collecting the alarm logs.
Fixed an issue where the inverted camera setting would reset itself when moving between rooms.
Fixed a rare bug where some lights or graphics wouldn't render properly on Steam Deck.
Corrected inconsistent dialogue regarding the Detective's remarks about the Punk's facial piercings.
Resolved an issue where two exhibits, (Nighthawks and Hanging Petals), would not properly start dialogue despite showing the prompt.
Corrected a whole bunch of typos (don't worry there's probably still more for you to find)
Resolved an unnecessary local read/write of achievement stats.
Bug reports will now no longer submit if they're empty.
Known Issues (Working on Fixes ASAP):
An issue where the player might lose control of the Detective after completing the tutorial puzzle. For now, closing and reopening the game resolves this issue, and does not reset progress.
UPDATE: I have yet to reporduce this issue, but I'm continuing to look for likely causes.
An issue where some players do not receive the achievement for completing the tutorial puzzle, despite receiving it from the same puzzle in the demo.
UPDATE: I have yet to reporduce this issue, but I'm continuing to look for likely causes. Also, these two are probably related.
A rare issue where navigation in the inventory/evidence screen becomes unresponsive until closing and reopening the game.
