changedWe're still looking into other bugs, including "With Regalia in Hand" not unlocking. If you experienced either of these issues, please let us know if you are still experiencing them! The developers suspect there may be different causes behind the crashes for some players, so if you experience one be sure to send us more info: support@xseedgames.com. We're still looking into other bugs, including "With Regalia in Hand" not unlocking. If you experienced either of these issues, please let us know if you are still experiencing them! If you could send us your DxDiag along with a screenshot of your launcher settings that would be very helpful. If there are crash dump files available to send to us, that could also be useful: C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\CrashDumps Replace [USERNAME] with your Windows username. It would be from game.exe. You can also check your event viewer logs for information:

  1. Register the date and time of the error.
  2. Type ‘event’ into the Search Windows box.
  3. Open Event Viewer and allow it to load.
  4. Select Application events on the left pane.
  5. Look for the event related to your crash (probably marked with an error icon)
  6. Highlight and copy the text in the lower half of the middle pane to send to us.
