Hello everyone!
We’d like to share some of the features and systems currently planned for Farpoint’s development.
This roadmap represents the core mechanics and content we are actively working on for the game. Some features are already completed, while others are still in development or planned for future updates.
We also want to make it clear that this roadmap is meant to serve as a general direction for the project. We’ll continue listening closely to community feedback and improving the game throughout development.

❤️ Relationships
Relationship Points System
A relationship points system that determines the unlock of new in-game scenes and sex scenes. Points will increase or decrease depending on dialogue choices and completed quests.
Status: ✅ Completed
Thought Bubbles
Characters will display diegetic thought bubbles showing reactions and thoughts related to the player. These thoughts will gradually become understandable as intimacy increases.

🕒 Schedule System
Characters will follow daily routines and move around the world automatically depending on the time and day.

🧭 Quests
The game will feature:
Personal quests focused on individual characters
Main quests that progress the overall story

🔧 Repairs
Repair activities may appear as quests or random events. This is Yana’s primary daily activity.

⛏️ Mining
Mining can be performed during quests or freely by the player using mining equipment. This is Rebecca’s primary activity.

🗺️ Map System
The minimap will display:
Points of interest
Quest icons
Character locations when using radar equipment

🎒 Items
A traditional inventory system used for quests, energy management, and progression.
Status: 🔄 In Development
🚀 Vehicles
Vehicles will be used for mining and combat operations, featuring:
Weapons
Shields
Generators
Equipment upgrades
Cargo systems

⚡ Energy System
Energy will power vehicles, shields, propulsion systems, and equipment through generators and batteries.
Status: 🕒 Planned
⚔️ Combat System
Combat will feature multiple types of gameplay scenarios, including space battles, ground vehicle combat, and base defense systems.
Space Combat
Players will be able to pilot combat ships during orbital defense missions and battles against hostile targets using energy and projectile weapons.
Ground Vehicle Combat
Some vehicles will support ground-based combat operations with defensive and offensive equipment upgrades.
Base Defense
The player will be able to defend the station using defensive cannons and automated turrets against enemy attacks and threats.
Combat systems will also interact with shields, structure damage, energy management, and vehicle upgrades.

🎮 Mini Games
Logic- and skill-based puzzles used for repairs, unlocking doors, and obtaining important items.

🎬 In-Game Scenes
Story scenes involving dialogue, observation, and interactions with characters.

🔥 Sex Scenes
Direct interactions unlocked through character intimacy progression.
Status: 🔄 In Development
This roadmap represents our current direction for Farpoint, but development will continue evolving alongside community feedback.
Many improvements, balancing changes, and new ideas may be added throughout development.
