changedLanguage supportWith the smaller scope of this game and the some what reduced amount of texts to translate, I want to support as many languages as possible. I like to play games in german and sometimes english and I know how welcoming it is, to be able to play a game in your mother language. The content of the game is easier to understand and the game is in general closer to the player - if that makes sense.
changedLanguage supportThe game will support the following list of languages. English and German are already fully implemented, while the other languages are currently in progress. The first iteration of the translations are done mostly by myself. With the further development I'm aiming to at least hand out certain languages to external translators. If you find any mistakes, please let me know - I will correct them as soon as possible.
changedUpcomingIn the next weeks I'll show more content, like screenshots and videos of the further development and will have a closer look at the future and upcoming events.

Welcome

What a journey so far!

A few days ago, I published the Steam page for my game Farming Pixels and now the path into the future is set.

Let me talk a bit about myself, the game and the upcoming months.

Me and my game

I'm Felix, the solo developer of Farming Pixels. About 9 month ago I started the development of this game. With more than 15 years of experience in game development as a hobby, I want to create my first game to release on steam. I learned, that the project scale needs to fit into my daily life and workflow. And I found the most important element of my game development journey is to create the game I want to play myself.

With a few hours of time most days to spare on developing this game, I'm happy with the progress. The game honors my favourite game elements from other great games I played before. I like RPG elements like questing, leveling up, collecting stuff, repeating actions to grind more resources and most important - to be able to get the game to 100%.

Upcoming

There are now a few elements waiting to be implemented over the next weeks until the game is shaped the way I want. When I'm done, the game will enter intern testing with a few friends of mine and alongside I'll pop out a demo version to be released short after.

In the next weeks I'll show more content, like screenshots and videos of the further development and will have a closer look at the future and upcoming events.

Until then, have fun, wishlist if you like and contanct me for any reasons at my socials or in the steam community hub.
