New planet and public opinion

Hi fellow commanders!

Thank you for all your feedback and reviews, it help me a lot in order to know how to improve the game.

Hearing the players, I added a new planet with 3 more missions, space, aereal and ground. I can wait to hear your feedback.

I changed the opinion public variable, if the players team decrease the public opinion to zero nothing will happen, no end game, now the public opinion will be a modifier for rewards, I mean each day the team will receave an amount of money and experience depending on the value of the public opinion.

I will continue reviewing the code to find bugs and polishing the game.
