From the Falsepine Devs

We wanted to give a heartfelt thank you to all the players who gave our game a shot and tried it out. We created this as a part of our Game Design Course at University, we certainly didn't expect this sort of response from you guys.

Although it's been over a year since any announcement, due to a couple of posts we thought we would release this update to let you know that we have stopped development on Falsepine indefinitely.

We originally planned to expand, polish, and refine Falsepine. Since then we all got jobs in this incredible industry, in part because of our work on Falsepine, but as time marched on we all found ourselves busy with work and our private lives.

However, who knows what the future holds and we are open to the idea of working together again, next time we'd be armed with experience and knowledge to make the game we dreamed about when studying together.

Because of this, we have decided to make the game free to everyone, we hope it inspires some of you out there to take that step into the gaming industry and if you have the passion and drive to give game development a shot there's no downside in trying.

Thank you all for playing our little student project.
