From Caesar's Legion to the difficult roleplaying decisions it forces you to make, New Vegas might not only be my favorite Fallout game, but one of my favorite RPGs full stop. If Fallout Chicago, a new mod that adds a "DLC-sized expansion" to the game, can echo any of that roleplaying goodness, we're in for a great time.
