Fading Faith changes

changedWell, it's now open in-game. And I have a collaborator.

When I first shared Fading Faith, I talked about the DungeonPedia, my attempt to build a bridge between dungeon crawling and ancient history. A little "mixed media" refuge for history nerds like me, inspired by old Encarta, late 90s CD-ROMs, and the way Civilization made learning feel like part of the game.

Well, it's now open in-game. And I have a collaborator.

Meet Peter. For over 10 years, he's been a history influencer on TikTok, Insta, and YouTube, bringing the past to millions with genuinely enjoyable videos. And he's a gamer at heart.

He said yes to helping me bring the DungeonPedia to life.

What that means:

  • Every achievement unlocks a dedicated video from Peter, walking you through the real history behind your discovery.

  • Each page is packed with curiosities and deeper lore to explore.

A history creator who gets games, helping a solo dev who loves history. Couldn't ask for more.

Check it out. Learn something weird.

The Dev.
