Fable Hospital changes
In the last Steam event, we talked about the importance of upgrades and research you can do with the help of your alchemist in your hospital. Now, weāll dive into something a bit more random...
In Fable Hospital, no map is the same as another. Each region has its own unique biome, with its own resources, extreme climates, and unpredictable conditions.
Did you expect it to rain in the desert? Well, think again... Your water reserves wonāt refill with rain because it simply doesnāt rain.

Want to plant crops in the snow? Good luck. Production will be minimal, if you get anything at all. Thatās why the wandering merchant will be your best ally (or your worst headache).
The Wandering Merchant
The wandering merchant will appear randomly on any map āforget about memorizing datesā to buy and sell vital resources: food, water, healing plants...
Because no, not all your money will go into building hospitals: if you donāt have supplies, you canāt heal anyone!
But thatās not all, the very mother nature of each map will put you to the test with natural and weather events.
Natural and Weather Events
Each map brings unique natural events: earthquakes, floods, rainstorms...
Yes, theyāll destroy structures. But not all is bad: over time, a flooded area will become more fertile.
And beware of the weather: sandstorms, polar cold, heatwaves, snowstorms...
Make sure you have water and wood reserves if you donāt want your hospital to turn into a freezer or an oven.
Remember, in Fable Hospital, you donāt just manage a hospital, you survive and adapt to an unpredictable world. Stay alert and make sure youāre prepared for the unexpected!
