Recursive portals should be less likely to spawn on top of existing terrain, and also properly generate cliffs around the portal. -Research Slot now appears after Tech structure has finished being constructed -More model optimizations -All the category buttons now blink when a new structure has been unlocked in that category -Changed the ore generation script a bit to prevent it from giving player funds over capacity -Fixed/Adjusted hitboxes on Refineries, Javelins, CWIS, Cannon, and Vantage; This should mitigate the issue with them being immune to rockets -Adjusted the health bar size and position of all vehicles to be a bit more consistent. -Fixed where the Health Bar for the Tactical Center would display the last health before the structure was destroyed, it should now show zero.
