What Has Changed? (And Why) Steam post image

Instead of being a flat tab based game we now have an interactive map where you as a player can interact with regions. All the existing mechanics still exist but has been placed in more intuitive places. The main benefits of this are.

  • Reduce clutter on the screen: We have even more information than ever but it looks less cluttered

  • Increase the ceiling of interactiveness: Right now the map is a navigation tool and quick overlook over the world. We see this enable su to more visually display issues such as oil crises in the Middle East. Financial downturn in North America etc

  • It looks better

The Big Goal: This change was made with one objective in mind: making Exit Liquidity the most engaging, responsive, and polished experience it can possibly be. It took a lot of extra work, but playing the new build right now, we know it was 100% worth it.

What’s Next?

We have also been hard at work working on the new Pump & Dump arc/schemes. We will have another dev log updating about that but it is turning out to be better than expected. We have also been reworking the Heat system, our way of keeping track of how much you as a player bend the rules. Looking forward to give you an update on that as well ina. few weeks.
