Every Day We Fight changes
The 0.9 Update is the largest update Every Day We Fight has released since launch. It includes new content, heavily requested QoL features, and so many bug fixes. We appreciate your feedback throughout the Early Access and your patience in waiting for this update. We’re fully committed to delivering the game the community has been asking for. Each character now has a side quest providing deeper insight into the world of Every Day We Fight and the Thorns. These new missions are accessible from the start of Act 2 and can be completed at any time, independently of the main quest.
Manual Saves
In this update you can finally create multiple saves for a single playthrough, and can also create manual saves. If you prefer to experience the game in the intended roguelite fashion, you can start a new game in Iron Man Mode.
Iron Man Mode
This update adds the ability to play in Iron Man Mode. This mode allows a more roguelite method of enjoying the game, death isn’t the end but will reset some progress.

Balance
Reduce Karg armor in Act 3.
Increase Rifter Stash health.
Reduce Spawn Credits in Prison fights.
Make shielded units more expensive to spawn.
Reduce heat level multipliers on high difficulties.
Bugs
Fix for inaccurate damage previews.
Fix issues related to pickup weapon highlights.
Stopping movement when traversing navlink will now stop the active unit just after it finishes traversing navlink.
Fix for movement being unable to be canceled during combat when using a controller.
Fix Power Cell openings being displayed redundantly if the Combat Zone has been streamed in more than once.
Fix Inventory Slot is free, but displaying "FULL INVENTORY" when trying to pick up.
Fix Teleporter being unable to be selected again after being cancelled.
Fix issue where trying to use the teleporter or a hologram would cause the active units inventory to be wiped.
Fix The application crashes when quickly opening/closing the Riff Hunters screen in the Sewers.
Fix An Encrustation Clipping the Ceiling.
Fix Bus failing to fall down immediately when shooting it after saving/reloading after a hint in Prologue Part 2.
Fix Reflexes fail to function when units have the Blinded Status Effect. Does not apply to overwatch.
Fix navigation issues on a balcony.
Fix navigation in a building staircase.
Fix navigation issue in Skirmish Zone near the Hotel.
Fix navigation issue in Prison.
Fix navigation issue Alleyway Combat Zone.
Fix issue that sets up a snapshot when firing weapon/ throwing.
Fix Thorns fail to retail XP and Levels when using Renew Timeline before first combat.
Fix Weapon Mods fail to remain primed after saving and reloading while out of Combat.
Fix quests unable to be scrolled using a controller.
Fix units losing Blinded status effect if they're in Smoke when it disappears.
Fix Spawn counter being reset when saving/reloading Combat twice when it's on Next Turn.
Fix progression being blocked due to Combat Zone failing to load in after Skills Menu was opened right before Hotel Combat Zone sequencer should have triggered.
Fix Combat Zones auto-activating they are already completed.
Fix issues with enemy overwatch logic.
Fix Thorn becoming trapped in floor when reloading mid-Combat when in a particular Harbor Building cover position.
Fix logic in inner intersection tests.
Fix issue caused by Kill Assist Target being set when pawn is damaged, now target is polled after shooting ends.
Fix shooting being locked open when a reaction is triggered while shooting.
Fix 2nd reinforcement counter decreasing when reloading during Harvester Combat.

Fix Rifter Drones being duplicated when returning to gameplay if they were initially present in Combat Zone.

Fix Items being placed on previously crafted ones when using Workbench again after saving and reloading.
Fix difficulty options not working with controllers when starting a new game.
Fix the difficulty menu being accessible with controllers even when it's supposed to be disabled.
Fix Controller inputs failing to function when refocusing on game window while in Pause Menu submenu.
Fix sometimes, Dylan or Leo are positioned next to Vivian when returning to gameplay mid-Combat if they were previously far away.
Fix throwable items being able to be collected after saving and reloading just after they land.
Fix weapon components being duplicated when crafted, picked up and equipped.
Fix items disappearing when Fast Traveling and returning after crafting them at the workbench.
Fix smudge model not emitting particles.
Fix Elixium Encrustation on a bridge not exploding.
Fix Map Menu failing to open when selecting View Map in Quests Menu.
Fix radiuses shrink for active Proximity Mines thrown by Dylan when returning to gameplay if his Big Badda Boom Skill is active.
Fix 2nd Proximity Punch fails to Trigger when Dylan's Second Chance Skill is active.
Fix Difficulty menu scrolling being disabled when greyed out.
Fix Item disappearing when saving and loading while they're being dropped.
Fix issues with loot causing crashes due to their owners being destroyed before the loot lands on the ground.
Fix “Damage 3 Rifters during Overwatches” Challenge Objective fails to increment if they're one-shotted.
Fix Power Cores have additional holes and can be destroyed when closed off when an old Harvester Combat Save is loaded.
Fix Harvester respawning after reloading post-Combat if mid-Combat gameplay was reloaded after Harvester teleported/exploded.
Fix Reinforcement spawn counters decrement twice when reloading Combat.
Fix crashing when attempting to load back into specific Save after Renewing Timeline.
Fix for keeping the text box in focus when switching control schemes.
