Boss Rush Community Challenge - Hunt for the Mortivar Lord!

A challenge lies ahead, difficult enough to test the might and speed of the bravest adventurers - but the rewards awaiting those who prevail are well worth the risk.

We’re launching the Boss Rush Community Challenge, a speedrun event where every player starts under the exact same conditions. Your mission is simple: use the assigned world seed, find the Mortivar Lord, defeat him, and submit your fastest time.

Dates:

July 3 - August 3

Goal:

Reach and kill the Mortivar Lord boss in the shortest time possible.

Rules:

• You can invite friends to help you with the task (there will be different prize pools for groups and solo players)

• You have to use the assigned seed listed below.

• You can make as many attempts as you want, but please submit only your best run. If you achieve a faster time, delete your previous submission before posting the new one.

• Using bugs, glitches, exploits, or unintended shortcuts to achieve faster times is strictly forbidden.

• To submit your attempt, you need to record a video of your full run, upload it to YouTube or Twitch, and post the link in the dedicated channel on the Everwind Discord server.

  • For group runs, only one video submission is required. Multiple POVs are not necessary.

  • Please submit your run in the following format:

    • Participant nickname(s) // Run time (from spawn to kill) // Video link

Guide how to apply the seed:

1. In Everwind's Main Menu, click on "Play"

2. Click on "Create New World"

3. Give a name to the world

4. Copy this seed code kdrymaeicbvi81a5ai51a5kc11yd7wkgb1n6vynfhlwtaagxdpo9s5p33g1y6bqr

5. Paste the seed code to the "Seed:" text window

6. Click on "Create"

Hint:

The Mortivar Lord is said to lurk deep within dungeons hidden on forest islands. Adventurers searching from around the third sub-altitude and above may have the best chance of finding his domain.

Now that you've read this far, you deserve to know what the actual rewards are.

After the Community Challenge ends, we'll review the submissions and verify their validity.

In the solo category, the two players with the fastest times will each receive a Steam key for any currently released Bohemia Interactive game — DayZ, Arma 3, Arma Reforger, or Everwind - Capybara Edition.

In the group category, the two groups with the fastest times will win, and every player in each of those two winning groups will also receive a Steam key for any currently released Bohemia Interactive game - DayZ, Arma 3, Arma Reforger, or Everwind - Capybara Edition.
