Everdream Village changes
Hey Everdreamers!
This update brings major fixes and improvements based on community feedback. Thank you for helping shape Everdream Village. 💛
🌾 Quests & NPC Fixes
Fixed an issue where the “Growing the Herd” quest could not be completed.
Fixed quests becoming blocked if the Lumberjack house was obtained too early.
Fixed the “Healing Needed!” quest not completing after crafting the potion.
Fixed the Smith getting stuck in water after exiting the boat.
Improved clarity on how to obtain Golden Eggs in the Chicken quest.
Fixed rats using chicken dialogue.
🧭 Terraforming & World Fixes
Fixed field beds resetting position after save/load on terraformed ground.
Fixed cases where players were unable to terraform.
Fixed random terrain pillars appearing on the map.
Fixed terraforming issues near shorelines causing instant tall terrain.
Fixed terraforming issues resulting in a frog screen.
Improved visibility of medical herb scent trails.
🐶 Animal & Movement Improvements
Improved dog sprint animation and speed to make it look more natural.
Fixed mining interaction prompts sometimes not appearing.
⚙️ Gameplay & Controls
Auto-Run: Double-tap Shift (LT for controllers) to lock fast run, tap again to return to normal speed.
Players can flip the boat upside down without any issues now in the crafting mini-game.
Fixed water droplets appearing when digging up plants.
🖥️ UI & Localization Fixes - Fixed empty pop-ups in the Chinese version.
Fixed localization issues and grammar errors.
More fixes, polish, and new features (yes, a house interior and decorating it) are already in the works. Thank you for being part of Early Access! 🌱
