Patch 1.01 - A Few Small Tweaks

Happy Friday! We've got a small(ish) patch for you with a few fixes and features requested by the community. Nothing major, but for anyone who prefers snap turning it can now be enabled from the menu as well as reloading from last save pole location. For anyone who has been having trouble with the lava killing you without you touching it, that appears to have been a bug that has now been fixed. On that note, in case you find yourself falling forever and can't bring up the menu,'R' will reset you to the last save pole, and 'CTRL - R' will restart the level. Of course, if this happens please still let us know and what level you experienced it on. As always, thanks for letting us know about bugs and features you would like to see!
